PRO Last Exterior Painting System (5 yr Warranty)
Pressure Clean Roof, Patio, Walk and Driveway if needed.
Pressure Clean surface to be painted. Remove all loose paint.
Scrape surface to be painted. Remove any leftover loose paint. Scrape rough paint edges.
Caulk all windows and doors with 50yr caulk.
Fill cracks with Moorelastic Elastomeric patch.
Fill holes with MH Ready Patch filler.
Tape & Paper all windows and glass doors.
Protect all landscaping with plastic wrap.
Apply sealer conditioner. (2 coats)
Paint around doors and windows.
Spray and backroll walls.
Paint all trim with MoorGlo Semi Gloss.
Any cracks holes or rough areas that were missed are filled and smoothed.
An additional layer of sealer/conditioner and paint is applied to all touch up areas.
Spray and backroll walls with MoorGuard paint. (second coat)
Paint House Numbers and Mail Box if needed.
